Suggested Use:
4 to 8 tablets (same as 4 to 8 grams) is recommended for adults daily; for children under the age of 12, 1 to 2 tablets daily. Arca Spirulina can be eaten on an empty stomach or before, during and after meals; but it's best consumed first thing in the morning, when the body is craving oxygen and micro-nutrients after a night's slumber. If consuming more than 4 tablets daily, for example say 6 tablets; you can split it into 4 tablets in the morning and 2 more with lunch or post lunch.

Note:
