This '3 Year' cane jaggery is medicinal and delicious. It's made from a traditional heirloom variety of sugar cane from Maharashtra. Our heirloom farmers nurture this crop for 3 years in stead of 1 year before harvesting. This allows the plants to mature in the sun and on the field long enough to develop 'medicinal' properties apart from a flavour which is called "teen guna meetha" or '3 times sweeter' also meaning 'three times more medicinal'! 

This heirloom food has been selected for its genetic integrity and medicinal value while our heirloom farmers passionately adhere to the highest standards of natural farming.

processing methods are used where necessary.

Benefits:
Concentrated natural sugars like juices, genetically mutated sugars from hybrid varieties of crop and synthetic sugars are all harmful for the pancreas. Reversing diabetes on the other hand, is all about repairing the pancreas.

Storage: 
This item is pure and undenatured. It can be stored in an air-tight container away from direct sunlight for 1-2 years or more. Do not refrigerate.
